Ginger Turmeric Immunity Shot


INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 2 medium tangerine
  • 2 cm Fresh Ginger Root
  • 4 Fresh Turmenic Root
  • 4 medium raw carrots
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

DIRECTIONS

1Wash all ingredients and make sure they are dry. You do not have to peel anything except for the tangerines. It is ideal if the fruit and vegetables come straight out of the fridge, so the juice is cold.
2Send everything through the juicer one by one. Start with the softest vegetables first (like tangerines and lemons), then end with the carrots.
3Stir black pepper and apple cider vinegar into the extracted juice. Chill juice in the refrigerator. The juice will keep in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for one day.
